Settlement over blood money, 1794
Settlement between Nizam, son of Haji Sharaf, who was convicted for the manslaughter of Ja‘far, son of Haji Ja‘far Qasim, and Ja‘far's inheritors. In the absence of any witnesses to prove it was a homicide, they have forgone qisas (retaliation in kind) and have settled for one hundred tumans as blood money. ‘Abd al-Ghafur, Ja‘far's brother, along with his mother and sister, received about two-thirds of the money. Some days later, Zaynal, the other brother, also gave his consent and received one-third of the blood money.

Sayyid Abu al-Qasim's complaint against his brother
Sayyid Abu al-Qasim Tajir (merchant) from Usku, son of Mir Kazim Tajir, made a complaint against his brother, Sayyid Muhammad Tajir from Usku, regarding his share from their paternal inheritance and other properties, as well as the money he loaned to Haji Sayyid Muhammad's wife (daughter of Mir Hashim). Although his claim was denied, the brothers made a settlement to resolve the dispute in which Sayyid Muhammad agreed to pay seventy tumans to Sayyid Abu al-Qasim.

Settlement between Ma‘sumah Khanum and Qamar Taj, 1901
Settlement of Ma‘sumah Khanum, daughter of the late Muzaffar al-Dawlah Mirza Ibrahim Khan and sister of Riza Quli Khan Fakhim al-Dawlah, with her niece, Qamar Taj Khanum (daughter of Riza Quli Khan Fakhim al-Dawlah), over Ma‘sumah Khanum's rights to her deceased brother’s inheritance, for one thousand two hundred tumans and some properties including Ibrahimabad village. Sayyid Isma‘il, Ma‘sumah Khanum's husband, signed and confirmed the settlement on behalf of their sons, Sayyid Abu ‘Ali and Ahmad Aqa.
